About our journals

What are Arc and Axis journals made from?

Our journals are made from premium faux leather — not genuine animal leather. We chose faux leather for its durability, its consistent finish, and its accessibility. Every journal is handcrafted by hand in the UAE.

What sizes are available?

We make our journals in A5 (148 × 210mm) — compact enough for everyday carry, with enough space to write, plan, and sketch.

What colours are available?

The A5 Trifold Journal comes in five colours: Midnight Black, Ocean Blue, Green Forest, Charcoal Grey and Tan Brown. All five are the same price.

How much do your journals cost?

The A5 Trifold Journal is AED 170 in every colour. The Gift Set is AED 265, and a Notebook Refill is AED 20. Delivery is free across the UAE on orders of AED 100 or more; below that a flat AED 20 applies.

Does the journal come with a notebook inside?

Yes — every journal includes one free refillable notebook insert. When the pages run out, you can order a Notebook Refill separately and keep using the same cover.

Charms

What are charms?

Charms are small decorative pieces that thread onto the elastic or string on your journal cover — a little extra detail that makes a plain cover feel like yours. Every design is sold individually as an accessory, so you choose exactly the ones you want.

Can I choose my own charm?

Yes. Each charm has its own name and its own page, and most designs come in a gold-tone or silver-tone finish that you pick before adding to your cart. Browse them all on the Charms page.

How much are charms?

Charm prices run from AED 7 to AED 16 depending on the design and size. The price is shown on each charm.

Can I get a charm for my zodiac sign?

Yes. The Zodiac Charm comes in all 12 signs, in gold-tone or silver-tone. Choose your sign and finish on the product page.

Shipping

Do you ship outside the UAE?

No — we currently ship within the UAE only.

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery then takes 1–2 business days in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and 2–3 business days in other emirates.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — delivery is free across the UAE on orders of AED 100 or more. On orders below AED 100 a flat delivery charge of AED 20 applies.

Corporate & gifting

Do you offer corporate orders?

Yes. We welcome bulk orders for businesses, events, and gifting programmes. Corporate orders require a minimum order quantity, and rates are confirmed based on quantity and requirements — get in touch at arcandaxisjournals@gmail.com and we will put together a quote for you.

Are your journals suitable as gifts?

Absolutely. We offer a Gift Set option that includes a journal, a fountain pen, two lined notebooks, a kraft folder, a sticky-note pad, an XL paper clip, a pen holder clip, and assorted charms and stickers, beautifully packaged and ready to give.

Care

How do I care for my journal?

Wipe the faux leather cover with a soft dry cloth to clean. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Store flat or upright — do not stack heavy items on top of it.
