About our journals

What are Arc and Axis journals made from?

Our journals are made from premium faux leather — not genuine animal leather. We chose faux leather for its durability, its consistent finish, and its accessibility. Every journal is handcrafted by hand in the UAE.

What sizes are available?

We make our journals in A5 (148 × 210mm) — compact enough for everyday carry, with enough space to write, plan, and sketch.

What colours are available?

Each journal is available in multiple colours — check the product page for the current selection. All colours are the same price.

Does the journal come with a notebook inside?

Yes — every journal includes one free refillable notebook insert. When the pages run out, you can order a Notebook Refill separately and keep using the same cover.

Charms

What are charms?

A small decorative charm comes included with every order — a little extra detail to make your journal feel complete.

Shipping

Do you ship outside the UAE?

No — we currently ship within the UAE only.

How long does delivery take?

Standard orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery then takes 1–2 business days in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and 2–3 business days in other emirates.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on every order across the UAE, with no minimum spend.

Corporate & gifting

Do you offer corporate orders?

Yes. We welcome bulk orders for businesses, events, and gifting programmes. Corporate orders require a minimum order quantity, and rates are confirmed based on quantity and requirements — get in touch at orders@arcandaxisjournals.com and we will put together a quote for you.

Are your journals suitable as gifts?

Absolutely. We offer a Gift Set option that includes a journal, a fountain pen, three notebooks, charms and stickers, beautifully packaged and ready to give.

Care

How do I care for my journal?

Wipe the faux leather cover with a soft dry cloth to clean. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Store flat or upright — do not stack heavy items on top of it.
