Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of arcandaxisjournals.com and any purchase you make from Arc and Axis Journals, operated by Arc and Axis Trading FZE ("Arc and Axis", "we", "us"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products
Our journals are handmade from premium faux leather (PU) — not genuine animal leather. As each item is made by hand, slight natural variations in finish are normal and are not defects. Product images are representative; colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished item.

Prices and payment
All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or unavailable.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once we confirm it. Personalised (name-embossed) items are made to order and require an additional 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Shipping
We ship within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery times and costs are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Arc and Axis name, logo, designs, text and images — is our property and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
