Where we ship

We ship within the UAE only — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and all emirates.

Delivery times

Standard orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days
  • Other emirates: 2–3 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order across the UAE — no minimum spend.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Returns & exchanges

Our policy

Because every Arc and Axis journal is made by hand, we take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will make it right.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you are unsure about a product, please reach out before placing your order and we will do our best to help.
