Returns & Refunds

Because every Arc and Axis journal is handmade, we take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will make it right.

Personalised orders
Orders with name embossing are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or the embossing was completed incorrectly on our part.

Change of mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind on non-personalised items. If you are unsure about a product, please reach out before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Refunds
Where a replacement is not possible, an approved claim will be refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approval.
